Using this spell, Charlie Stoneheart is able to analyze how a spell is made, and, if possible, sabotage it, cancel it, and even modify it.

To use deactivate to modify a spell, Charlie needs to beat both a DC check and a CL check. When the spell modification is complex, the casting time becomes at least one minute.
