Wooden Cup

Copy active spell effects, and spell memory from an area to a wooden cup. The effects can then be recast on another area from the wooden cup, ending the spell. This spell only copies the effects of the spell, it does not destroy the existing one. This Wooden Cup spell only works if the caster level of this spell is greater or equal than the one used to cast the existing spell.
