Upheaval
Crack the ground open and heave it up into ramparts of broken rock
Upheaval sends cracks running through the ground from the caster, then heaves the earth up along them into ramparts of broken rock.
The cracks run in straight lines, in directions the caster chooses. The ramparts rise fast, but not instantly. A creature on a line can spend a dedicated dodge and make a Reflex duel against the caster to get clear. A creature that fails, or does not try, is caught by the rock as it erupts: it takes the listed physical damage and is thrown Prone. A creature caught by several lines takes the damage once.
The ramparts block movement and attacks, with the hardness and HP per CL of a Hurl Rock of the same level. When the duration ends, they crumble back into the ground.
