Death Pact binds two creatures in life, suffering, and death. When one suffers, the other suffers equally. When one dies, the other dies as well.
The pact's DC is +10 higher than the casting spellcaster's normal DC. As a level 10 epic spell, Death Pact no longer requires willing targets.
