Bassin
Consecrates a place to Archon through water that protects and serves his faithful
Bassin lets the faithful establish a temple of Archon, itself called a Bassin. In its simplest form, the temple is a stone pool where priests and worshippers work with water, the living image of the god of the Ark.
At a priest's command, the water rises into massive, nearly impenetrable walls. Only Archon's faithful and Divine Water Elementals can pass through them. The central pool can also serve as a Well Teleport, and one Bassin can exist within another.
Over the years, the faithful usually build a stone temple around the enchanted pool. More powerful castings consecrate greater territories:

Supply
A Bassin connected directly to the Partage is supplied automatically. Outside the network, a Cleric must dedicate one spell slot of the Bassin's level each day. Several Clerics can share this duty.
Life in the Temple
Within a Bassin, worshippers and Clerics honor their god by giving mana to the Partage. In return, the priests provide pure water, healing, contracts, justice, and many other services.
