The incredible power of Einar, legendary Barbarian
Einar screams hard enough to burn his vocal cords for the rest of combat and becomes mute for the rest of the day.
The scream deals CON × d16 damage to the target, with no reduction. Einar also gains one additional attack, 4 × CHA to attacker Reflex and damage until combat ends, and 4 × CHA universal damage resistance.
The scream can be used only at 25% maximum HP or less, or when one of Einar's friends falls unconscious or dies.
