Speed fills its targets with sustained momentum. Their stride lengthens, their movements sharpen, and the world seems to give way before them.
Multiply the Base Speed Bonus in the table by the caster's Caster Level. Each target adds the result to every movement Speed it possesses, measured per tick, and gains the listed bonus to Reflex.
Several castings of Speed do not stack on the same creature; only the strongest applies.
