Light Bindings

The chains of light are launched via a touch attack. When the chain touches, it binds a limb automatically. The chains of light can be broken with a Strength check. They can entangle the arms, the legs, the neck. The chains have CL x 5 hp.

If its the arms:

• No somatic components
• No iterative attacks with the arms

If its the legs:

• No movement
• No iterative attacks using the legs

If its the neck:

• No verbal components.
