Incinerate

The wizard places his hand on a creature and attempts to incinerate it. This spell deals half the damage of an equal or lower level Fireball spell, and the spell crits on a natural 20. But the spell is extremely quick to cast. Because of the wizard's extreme proximity to the target, the wizard is hit for 20% of the spell damage.
