Created long ago by the Leblanc family, Bond permanently joins two mages of similar power. During casting, they choose which of the following bonds to form.
- Life bond: each mage feels when the other loses HP and can immediately give them some of their own. If one dies, the other can surrender their life to revive them, provided the choice is made within 6 rounds.
- Magic bond: each mage receives 25% of the other's magical power, creating a 25% synergy bonus for both.
- Mind bond: either mage can open their mind to temporary control by the other, and each can always locate the other.
The caster can end Bond permanently. A powerful Dispel Magic can suppress it temporarily.
