Vicious Dispel
Stoneheart abjuration turns a broken spell into an explosion
The Stonehearts understand how magic becomes energy. When a character with Vicious Dispel successfully destroys a spell with Dispel Magic, the spell erupts where it was broken.
The explosion deals 1d3 damage per caster level, per level of the destroyed spell. A level 3 spell deals 3d3 damage per CL; a level 9 spell deals 9d3 damage per CL.
Vicious Dispel uses the normal action, spell slot, target, and Dispel check of the Dispel Magic casting. It adds no damage when Dispel Magic fails, suppresses a magic item, or destroys an enchantment.
