Feat
Delay Spell
Programs a spell to awaken later
When casting a spell, choose its target, area, parameters, and an exact delay of up to 1 round per point of INT. The spell remains dormant, then activates automatically when that delay ends. A targeted spell remains attached to its target; an area remains fixed where it was placed.
The caster cannot change the dormant spell, move its area, or activate it early. Its duration begins only when it activates. It still activates if the caster leaves or dies, but the dormant magic can be detected and destroyed with Dispel Magic.
At +15 INT, the feat becomes stronger: its maximum delay becomes 1 minute per caster level. No additional feat is required.
The modified spell costs 1 additional spell slot of its level.
