Creature
Humanoid
Medium nonmagical human—summon and polymorph template
Taking another person's form is the most political use of Polymorph. The borrowed body walks, speaks, holds a weapon, and passes through guarded doors. Being caught wearing the face of a great Cerberus family member is not a crime settled before a judge.
At Summon or Polymorph Level 2, the caster can create the form of a human without magical powers. Dwarves use their own Dwarf template, while Drows use the Drow template and its racial powers.
A humanoid form does not grant magic. Under Polymorph, the caster cannot use their original spells unless an effect such as Blood Remembers explicitly overrides that restriction.

Attacks and Traits
Weapon of Choice. A weapon deals its normal dice plus the higher of STR or DEX. Weapons and armor carried before Polymorph remain hidden and inactive with the caster's other equipment. Mundane equipment found and worn after transforming functions normally.
Unarmed. The humanoid deals 1d3 + higher of STR or DEX.
Hands and Voice. The form can wield weapons, pick locks, write, speak, dress, and perform every ordinary task allowed by a human body.
Perfect Disguise. This is a real body rather than an illusion. Detecting the deception requires behavioral evidence, such as a missed password or absent habit, followed by a Will Save against the locked Spell DC when the GM calls for one.
Mind
A summoned humanoid possesses ordinary human intelligence and language but begins with the fresh consciousness described by Summon. It has no borrowed identity, memories, profession, or social knowledge unless the spell or another effect provides them.
A caster using Polymorph retains their own mind. The body grants an appearance and physical ability, not the imitated person's memories or habits.
