Tracker

Tracker places an invisible symbol on an object or creature. The caster must apply it by hand, simply by touching the target. Detecting the symbol requires a Will Save that is 25% harder than normal.

The symbol records the target's movements, sounds, and emotions. Against a marked opponent, its creator gains:

• +25% to Will, Reflex, and Fortitude Saves against that opponent's powers;
• +25% attack damage with every attack and spell directed at that opponent.
