Teleport Mark

The spellcaster can create a magical mark by touching an objet or creature. This mark can then be used to guarante that a teleportation spell will always closely follow the object. There is no save against this spell, but it can be removed with abjuration magic. A wizard can maintain one teleport mark per caster level.
