Fire chains

Chains of solid fire appear and tightly bind the legs of a creature, while burning it. The burn damage is equal to a lower level Fireball spell. While its legs are binded, a creature can only move by flying, or by crawling with its arms, at a rate of 10% its original speed. To escape the spell, perform a strength check, or reflex save against the spell DC.
