Dullard is an alchemical cocktail that temporarily weakens its victim's mind. A creature that ingests it loses the listed percentage from its Will Save, Reflex Save, and Intelligence for one hour per caster level. An anti-poison spell or Dispel Magic ends the effect. Brewing the cocktail requires a rare vegetable oil.
