The psychic spellcaster designates a creature, and surrounding creatures within 20ft of the creature commit to using the totality of their actions to attack it. However, the surrounding creatures only use their physical attacks (ranged or melee) to attack. Every creature (except the targeted one) attempts a Will save against this spell.
