Basilisk Eye awakens a genuine basilisk eye through advanced alchemy. The process creates a brief surge of basilisk blood, swelling the organ and restoring its legendary petrifying gaze.
Each round, every enemy within the eye's field of vision must succeed on a Fortitude Save or begin turning to stone. A creature that resists gains +10% to its next save against the spell.
