Ring of the Necromancer

This ring grants 25% protection against negative energy. When its bearer dies, it transforms them into a lich.

At death, the ring hides the bearer's vital organs and keeps them alive, preserving their mana (see 15). The bearer wakes as a complete lich with their magic intact, but does not know where the organs are. Marcus Crassus made the ring.
