Water Affinity

Water ceases to be an obstacle and becomes a sense

Through rites, basins, and consecrated water, the Cleric has become at home in Archon's element.

  • They see underwater as clearly as in open air, regardless of salt, depth, or natural darkness.
  • They breathe underwater indefinitely and cannot drown. Waves, currents, or hands holding them beneath the surface cannot suffocate them.
  • They always sense the nearest source of water, including its direction and approximate distance. A covered well, sealed cistern, underground water table, or flask inside a bag can be felt without searching.

This sense reveals neither water quality nor contents. Poisoned, fouled, or foreign-consecrated water feels ordinary. Underwater sight cannot pierce mud, blood, or magical darkness. Cold, deep-water pressure, and aquatic creatures still affect the Cleric normally.
