When Garen takes animal form, the change releases an instinctive fear. Every enemy within 15 ft makes a Will Save against DC 10 + CL/2 + INT or is Frightened of him for 2 ticks, and deals −10% damage for as long as the fear lasts.
Limit: once per combat.
