Power Blend
Blends the character's sources of power
A character with two power sources can blend them at a 2:1 ratio. When casting a spell, choose one source as primary. Effective caster level equals the primary source's CL + half the other source's CL.
This added power has a cost: the character spends a slot of the spell's level from both reserves. A level 5 spell therefore consumes both a level 5 Wizard slot and a level 5 Psychic slot.
Example: a CL 20 Psychic and CL 20 Wizard can cast a Psychic spell at CL 30 or a Wizard spell at CL 30. In either case, the corresponding slot is spent from both power sources.
