Feat
Efficient Enchantment
Binds permanent magic with less gold
When the character uses gold to make magic permanent, reduce the gold cost set by the GM by 10% per acquisition of this feat. This includes permanent enchantments on objects, scrolls, and potions, as well as spells made permanent directly.
The discount applies only to the gold that binds the magic. It does not reduce the price of the object, rare materials, tools, labor, research, or any other requirement.
Efficient Enchantment can be learned up to five times: once each at Levels 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9. Every acquisition requires +5 INT. The maximum discount is 50%.
