Feat

Command Seal

Prepares conditional orders that survive a broken link

When casting Summon, the caster may seal one additional order per full +5 INT, with a minimum of one, into the creature. Each order may include a trigger, such as guarding a door, following a named person, warning the caster when a chest opens, or protecting an ally if the caster disappears. The caster establishes the priority between conflicting orders.

Sealed orders require no continuing communication. The summon remembers them exactly, but can react only to conditions it can perceive, and its intelligence and knowledge still determine how well it handles ambiguity or unforeseen circumstances. Later valid commands can still override these instructions; unlike Sealed Order, Command Seal preserves flexibility. A casting cannot use both feats.
