Feat

Aimed Shot

Takes the time that gunpowder deserves

The character steadies their firearm and keeps one target in sight. Spend one general action and one slot without moving. The next shot with that weapon, made before the end of the following tick, gains +25% to the attacker's Reflex roll in a dodge or parry contest and scores a critical on 18–20.

Aiming for two consecutive ticks costs two general actions and two slots. The shot instead gains +50% to the attacker's Reflex roll and scores a critical on 17–20. Aiming longer grants no further benefit.

Aim is lost if the shooter moves, takes damage, loses sight of the target, or declares a dodge or parry. Stable support, such as a low wall or shooting fork, allows the shooter to pivot or shift up to 5 ft without losing aim.
